FIELD STAFF:

Brett Toon

Mark Kedy

Dave Melton lives in Aurora, Colorado. He joined the FCWT staff in 2001 after teaching and coaching (Head Varsity basketball, baseball and golf) for 30 years. Dave was also an instructor with the Aurora Junior Golf Program for 20 years and has taken the FCWT team to Scotland on three occasions. He genuinely enjoys working with the players and the parents of FCWT members.

 Reed McGregor resides in Utah and serves as our Senior Rules Official for FCWT tournaments in the West. He is currently the Chairman of the Rules Committee for the Utah Golf Association, has recently been elected President of the UGA, serves on the USGA Senior Amateur Committee and Trustee for the Pacific Coast Amateur. He serves on the Rules Comittee at several USGA and NCAA National Championships each year as well as local amateur and professional events.

 

Ed Elsner has been the Tournament Coordinator at Blackwolf Run and Whistling Straits since 2001.Ed is responsible for the set up and execution of all Tournaments and over 500 corporate events annually held at the Kohler facilities.Ed has been appointed to the Executive Board for the 2010 PGA Championship to be held at Whistling Straits. Ed was a Chairman for the 2004 PGA Championship and 2007  US Senior Open Championship. 

Reid Whitaker lives in Fort Pierce, FL with his wife Britt and son Banyan. Reid is a graduate of the University of Florida. He has been on the FCWT Staff for 5 years.  When he is not working for the tour he is running a landscaping company.

 

Hugo Mazzalupi is a PGA Class A professional who has coached and facilitated junior golf in the Philadelphia Section.  He has been involved with the FCWT since 1998 and has organized numerous international competitions for FCWT members, including Scotland, Bermuda, Japan and Canada. 

Skip Small is both a Tournament Director and a Senior Rules Official with 7 seasons experience with the FCWT. Has been a volunteer for the Florida State GA for 15 years and as a Tournament Director, has run numerous events for the FSGA and USGA along with working many junior events as well. Skip has also been a head rules official for several prominent professional mini-tours, working with many of the players who are today's stars on the PGA and LPGA tours. Skip has attended 14 USGA/PGA rules and tournament admin workshops and has a 97+ average with three 100's on the rules test.

 

Jim McGroarty

Skip Walters is a retired High School Biology teacher who is coaching High School golf for his 27th year.  He is also a Tournament Director for a local junior golf tour where he lives in Lancaster, PA.

 Judy Allem is a native of Salt Lake City and lives there with her husband, Mike. They enjoy playing golf together as members of Hidden Valley Country Club. Judy serves on the board and excecutive committee of the Utah Golf Association and has become an intregral part of its Rules Committee. She also serves on the US Girls' Junior Committee as the official in charge of sectional qualifying for the US Girls' Junior Championship. She has also participated in the US Girls' Jr Championship as a walking rules official.

Steve Feinstein has been with the FCWT for many years.  His efforts extend well beyond the golf course as well, as he is a sounding board and advisor to countless parents and players.

Judy Small loves interacting with kids and since her retirement from teaching in '05, working with FCWT has been lots of fun. When she is not busy with the tour, her favorite things are to read, quilt and go to the beach.  She is also one of our best staff photographers!

Tina Thatcher

 

Kim Grass has been on the FCWT staff since 2006.  She enjoys the interaction with the players and their families.  Kim lives in southeast Missouri.  In her spare time, she likes to read, crochet and travel.

OFFICE STAFF:

 

Ashlee Helfer,

Tour Coordinator

Ashlee is a graduate of the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!) and has been with FCWT since 2003. As a full-time employee she works in the Home Office and helps with member questions, tournament registrations and everyday customer relations. Ashlee is fortunate to also be able travel to tournaments throughout the season and loves the interaction with the players, parents and families.
